Returns must be received at Muscle4LifeStore.com within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer no COD returns. Please insure your package. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner. Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned. Note that shipping fee cannot be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company in advance to ship you your products. Click on Returns at the bottom of the page in the customer service category and fill out the product returns form to request an RMA number.
Exchange Information
We want to make sure you always have exactly what you want. If you decide a product you ordered within the last 30 days of purchase isn't what you need and you haven't opened it, we can issue a refund for the price of the product or award in-store credit to use towards a future purchase. To process the return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, the reason for returning the product, and if you prefer a refund or an in-store credit. Next, send the item and a copy of your invoice in a carefully packed box to Muscle4LifeStore.com with "Attention: Returns" on the address label. For customers in the European Union, follow the directions above. We recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information when returning the item to our warehouse so you can be sure it arrives safely. Sorry, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process. If you placed the order for the item more than 30 days ago, or if it was received as part of a previous exchange, unfortunately we are unable to accept the return.
